Ms. Delores M. was chosen as CAREGiver of the Month for being the one who best personifies Home Instead Senior Care’s dedication to seniors in serving our clients and our community.
Her dedication was shown one Sunday when Ms. Delores was scheduled to end a shift at 6:oo p.m., but her relief called out late because of a death in her family. Ms. Delores stayed with the client until Monday because the client does not like new people and is difficult to staff.
Ms. Delores is always on time, never calls out, and always gives 110% when she is with her client. Mrs. Delores has worked with Alzheimer’s clients who are difficult and has done an excellent job. She works with the Amackers for years, doing a wonderful job with Mrs. Sue.
Ms. Delores is excellent—a true God-send to HISC. We can rely on her always doing her best, going above and beyond what is asked of her. Care Management’s word for her is “angel”!
